The 1960scm

I think it's safe to say that the 60s were fairly exciting. It started off with an intense presidential election leaving the US in the hands of John F. Kennedy . Though at the hands of President Kennedy, America was still at the feet of racism thus continuing The Civil Rights Movement . As if there already wasn't enough hatred going on, The Vietnam War continued. But of course whenever there is one extreme, there is one to counter it. In this case it's called the Counter Culture.
